Sugar Bottom Hemp uses USPS Priority shipping all orders in the small flat rate box at the rate of $8.50 per shipment.
Orders will be processed within one day of being placed and either shipped same day or the next business day.
All orders are shipped in a plain brown box with no indication of what is inside.
Returns
Only sealed, unused items may be returned for a full refund.
If the item has been opened, we will issue a 50% refund if returned within two weeks and more than 50% remains unused. There is no sliding scale for percent refund above 50% unused.
