Generally, no. We formulated this for body work where you want a lot of glide. The CBD will absorb in but the extra MCT oil will leave a hint of a glossy finish until fully absorbed in. We recommend our CBD Arthritis Cream for hand cream.
There should be enough for at least one full body massage, if not 2. We packaged this so you can bring it with you to get your massage to use on problem areas or your whole body.
